We offer many different services and have established great relationships with Engineering Firms, Architects, and Professionals of all aspects of Construction. We pride ourselves in building relationships around quality contractors and people alike. We specialize in buildings up to 1.5 million. We have knowledge in design and building of Public Works buildings, Waste Transfer Stations, Build to Lease Developments, and many other aspects of General Construction. We build what we bid. We have experienced employees that allow us to be involved from the planning to the finishing stage. Besides the excavation, electrical, heating, and plumbing all work is done by Torgerson Concrete insuring that you recieve a quality project with a great price in a timely fashion. Because of this we are able to build more economically and create a building process with less hassle due to our ability to be more involved in the field than most.

Subcontracting
Our Specialty has been and always will be on the basis of our foundation which started in the 1940's incorporated in 1952 and continues today. We were founded as concrete contractors. We have experience on all aspects of concrete. Our equipment is well maintained, always updated and we strive to stay ahead in terms of technology both in building and safety. Our Robotic Laser System insures you get great placement on all footprints. We like complex foundation plans and are confident of providing a great finished product to specifications and tolerances. We do decorative concrete stamping, acid staining, exposed aggregate, and concrete polishing. We have great experience in decorative poured concrete walls and have built structures to the roof emulating wood siding and natural stone. Big or small we perform all levels on Concrete construction. Poured Concrete Walls, Insulated Concrete Walls, Decorative Concrete Walls, Thermomass Insulated Concrete Walls, Block Above Grade Buildings, along with all aspects of flatwork.
